And also decided Tamim Iqbal will be the vice captain for the first time.Shakib Al Hassn has the experience to lead the team in front. And recent past he make a huge contribution for team. So he will be the right choice. Tamim Iqbal is the best batsmen in this time. He Improve his bating quit a lot. Now he have also some experience.
